Technology, innovation to turn Ministry agencies into profit centres

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 6 — The application of new technologies and innovations in projects and programmes implemented by statutory bodies under the Rural and Regional Development Ministry (KKDW) will transform these agencies into high-income entities and turning them from cost centres into profit centres.
